[Aww. She grinned at that sheepish look and wrapped both arms around his waist, hugging him tightly. Yeah, she probably should toss off a joke about it, but she couldn't make herself do it. Liked hearing it too much.] I guess we both are.

[He returned the hug lightly, leaning in to press his lips to her forehead quickly.] Almost there... ready to see if we spot any ghosts?

Definitely. Let's get crackin'! [She grinned and bounced eagerly on the balls of her feet. As soon as the boat docked, she took his hand again and headed down to the exit ramp.]

[He followed her down, letting their fingers tangle. Still felt weird to do that... a little sappy. It was good though, getting to act like a normal couple.]

[It made her happy to hold onto him in some way. In crowds like this, the hand seemed easiest. Down on the island, she looked around for which direction to go.] Inside to the theater or up to the cells?

[He gave a thoughtful hum, looking around.] The cells. Let's check the cells. [And gave her hand a light tug to follow--only fair after she'd been dragging him all over.]

[Dean happily let Sam tug her along, following as closely as she could while her head turned every which way to take in all the sights as they walked. It was a nice day, fortunately. Sunny and cool.]

[It definitely was a nice day out-- weather-wise and just... in general too. Nice to hang out with Dean, no matter what they did or how she looked. Even better when they were checking out something they'd both kind of wanted to see.] Glad you suggested going out today, dude.

Me too. I'm having a good time. [She squeezed his hand lightly, smiling up at him. It wasn't often they got to do fun things just for the sake of having a good time.]

[He returned that smile, laughing under his breath.] Dude, haven't seen you smile this much in-- a long time. [Not those kinds of smiles anyway, the ones that plainly said she was happy.]

[She shrugged, blushing a little and looking down.] Don't get a lot of reason to, usually. Unless I'm here with you.

[He looked a little sheepish at that, himself and he nudged her lightly with his elbow.] Yeah... Happy when you're around too, dude.

Good, that means you'll buy me ice cream later. [She teased, grinning at him. She couldn't stay serious that long. It wasn't in her DNA.]

[As they entered the main cell block building, they passed a person handing out little headphone devices that would narrate a tour for each person. Dean glanced at Sam.] Tour or no tour?

How do you figure that? [He nudged her.] You already got chocolate anyway! A lot of it.

[He gave a thoughtful hum when they were inside and shook his head.] Think we know enough about the place, right? Unless you want to hear it.

[She laughed at his nudge. Sam just enjoyed pretending he didn't want to do things for her, she thought. Contrary brat!] Nah, I'm good without the tour. [She waved off the recording politely and walked deeper into the prison with Sam.]

[Yeah... okay, he liked doing things for her, even if he did complain a little. He'd probably get her that ice cream if she actually wanted it whenever they got back... though right now? He was too busy checking out the prison the deeper they moved. He paused whenever something caught his attention, sometimes stepping closer for a closer look.]

[Dean moved along at Sam's side, eagerly taking in all the sights. She's read plenty about the place, but seeing it up close and in person was better. Here and there she felt a chill and grinned a little. If any place had a right to be haunted, Alcatraz did.]

[She squeezed Sam's hand and gave him a wink.]

[Definitely could feel a chill in the air in some parts and that got him to pause on occasion, but mostly, he was just foused on taking in the sights, exploring a little.]

[He paused when he felt the squeeze, finally looking back at Dean inn time to see that wink.] What's that for?

Nothin'. Just having a good time. Wondering if we could sneak in some night and seance up Capone? [She laughed and shrugged.]

[He snorted, giving her a teasing look.] That depends... are you going to spazz out if we make contact?

[She grinned right back.] Depends... think he'd give me an autograph?
