Sam tugged reflexively at those restraints he knew for a fact weren't going to budge an inch as he tilted his head back. It wasn't a secret he enjoyed this as much as Dean enjoyed doing it to him, but he had a feeling it was going to get so frustrating soon because there was no way Dean was going to finish him off.
