So, Sam checked around, asked a few friends, and finally found a nice little secluded spot for him and Dean to take that little camping trip they'd planned forever ago. All that had been left was getting supplies together, making plans, and then waiting for the time off to go. But it had all happened and it had all gone smoothly, thankfully. He'd been looking forward to this for awhile after all.

Soon as they'd gotten away from the heavy traffic, gotten off by themselves, Sam hadn't had any problem curling up against Dean in the Impala either as they drove. Mostly just contentedly leaning against him, chatting if something came to mind or just watching the scenery pass them by. His hand rested against the other's thigh sometimes, just affectionately touching or squeezing him.

Sam didn't miss the hunting, but sometimes he missed this... the car rides with Dean when things were comfortable enough conversation wasn't always necessary and they were just content in enjoying the others' company

They weren't too far from their campsite now, from the directions he'd gotten and Sam couldn't deny he was getting a little excited over it.

He leaned his head on the other's shoulder, eyes darting up to his face for a few moments as a smile curled his lips. He moved again soon enough, shifting until his lips were grazing the Dean's jaw affectionately. "So, after we get set up, what are we doing first?"

Sam pulled a face at the tent he got. "Four person? Seriously?" It'd be nice to have the room, yeah... for sleeping. But Dean must have been planning a lot of... vigorous... sleeping.

"Think you should have to set this up, dude."

"We have lots of stuff with us, Sammy!" Dean insisted with the most innocent face possible. He grinned as he took the rolled up tent from his brother. "Fine, I'll do the tent. You can set up the rest of the camp." He stuck out his tongue and got to work. He'd camped before. It couldn't be that hard.

"I'm wondering how much of it is actually camping related now." He shook his head fondly and went about getting everything else set up while Dean worked. Been awhile since they'd gone camping for fun, honestly... it really was nice for a change.

"Almost definitely half of it. Probably." He winked back at Sam over his shoulder while he worked. There was some error involved and a bunch of cussing, but in a respectable amount of time, the tent was up.

"I'm surprised it's even half-camp related." Sam, on the other hand, had quite an easy task with his work. He got everything set up--a place to cook, their food sorted and stored safely from anything that might take an interest. After he'd done his part, he grabbed a bottle of water and went to offer it to Dean, smiling a little.

"Not bad... at least it does look pretty roomy."

Dean was a little sweaty when he was finished, but the tent looked sturdy -- and, yes, spacious -- so, he was happy with it. He took the water from Sam with a grateful smile and drained half in one go. The sleeping bags were unrolled inside and the rest of their gear was stored away.

"Not bad for a couple of guys who haven't been on an honest-to-god camping trip in a while, huh?" He grinned at the 'roomy' comment and leaned over to drop a kiss on Sam's neck. "Good. I wanna get you squirmy."

He smiled at that kiss, giving Dean a look. "Mm, got some things planned, Dean?" he gave him a playful nudge, leaning into him.

"First the hike though, then you can try and get me squirmy. Or maybe during the hike, if you're convincing." He reached for the water he'd given Dean to take a swig out of it.

"I always have a plan." He wrapped an arm around Sam and smiled. His plans were usually pretty simple. Step one: Grab Sam. Step two: Get naked. Step three: Fuck like bunnies.

"Alright. Hiking. You grab us some water to carry with us, I'll find our map of the area." He kissed his brother long and slow, the pulled away to duck into the tent and riffle through their gear.

He leaned into the other a little bit when his arm came around him, smiling a little. "Yeah, okay... sounds good." After Dean parted from the kiss, he went to grab them some water to carry with them and... just in case things did get heated up at any point? Totally making sure he has a couple condoms on him. Clean up wasn't as simple as a jump in the shower out here...

And then he was ready for their hike. "Hey, Dean? You ready?"

"Ready!" He popped back out of the tent and zipped it up. He took his brother's hand, brought it up to kiss the knuckles lightly, and then tugged him toward the trail marked on the map. "I'm glad the weather's nice. I was worried it might be too hot."

He grinned a little to himself when Dean took his hand, not pulling it back when he was tugged toward the trail, not yet. "Yeah... should be nice out. Think we chose a good time to do this, huh?"

he gave his hand an absent little squeeze.

Dean handed Sam the map, since he was the better navigator of the two. He was happy to just walk along beside Sam and hold onto his hand, enjoying the clean air, warm sun, and gentle breeze. And the solitude. They were so far off the beaten path that there were no traffic noises, no city noises. Just birds, trees rustling in the wind, the occasional cricket chirping...

It was really relaxing. Dean felt tension he didn't even know he was carrying start to melt off.

Sam was all too happy to have control of the map when Dean handed it over him and... all too happy to stay like this with Dean. Close and just god--it was perfect. How quiet it was and how nice the weather was. Knew this had been a good idea.

He gave the other's hand a squeeze again, affectionately, as they walked. Sam's pace was easy and relaxed, just taking his time to enjoy it.

He squeezed Sam's hand back and rubbed his thumb against the skin. His shoulder bumped gently against Sam's. It didn't seem necessary to fill the peaceful silence with conversation. They were close and calm. It was good enough for a while.

A shot while later down the trail, they came upon a small lake. Dean grinned at Sam and tugged him over to look out over the water. "What do ya think, Sammy? Maybe a swim later?"

When they happened upon the lake, Sam inspected it quietly, leaning against Dean. it wasn't long before he was flashing a smile, giving his brother's hand a squeeze in return. "Definitely. Sounds perfect."

He turned a little to press a kiss to her lips lightly, a smile quirking his lips. "Nice out here, huh?" He stole another kiss. "Good getting to do that out in the open too..."

Dean shifted to wrap his arms around Sam. He kissed him back softly. Then he smiled a little wickedly. "Skinny dipping?"

"It is nice out here. I was mostly just thinking of ways to get you alone and all to myself when I suggested it, but I didn't realize how nice it would be to just be out here." Dean kissed him again.

"Even better."

His arms settled around Dean's waist to pull him in closer, nipping lightly at his lips, playful. "Dean, seriously, you get me all to yourself all the time. Do you really have to come up with plans to get me to yourself even more?"

"Is it any wonder I love you?"

He grinned when he was pulled closer. The question had him pulling a face, though. "Sam, come on. This is me you're talking to. No way I'm going to give us a chance to get bored. Gotta keep things exciting for you."

"Just-- we should make the most of this, right?"

He rolled his eyes, but his expression was affectionate as he tipped his forehead to press against Dean's. "Dude, they're plenty exciting for me... you don't have to worry about me getting bored."

His hands smoothed up the other's back. "But I do like your ideas..."

"Definitely. Every minute." His hands slipped down to slide into the back pockets of Sam's jeans. It was very nice to be able to touch him any way he wanted, all out in the open like this.

He leaned in against Sam and smiled. "Maybe I like keeping you happy, too? I like when you're excited or surprised. It makes me happy."

He brought his hands up to cup the other's face, tilt his head back for a proper kiss as Dean's hands slipped into his pockets. It was obvious Sam was enjoying the attention in return.

"Nothing wrong with that... Like it when you surprise me honestly," he murmured, nuzzling against Dean lightly. "As long as you don't think you have to. M'happy, no matter what we do..."

Just hoped Dean didn't get bored, ever. But from the looks of it? Dean was good at coming up with new ideas...

"Nah, I know I don't have to. I'm enjoying it as much as you are, trust me." He smiled into the kiss and sighed happily against Sam's lips. He was never going to get bored with this. He could just kiss Sam for hours and be perfectly happy doing it.

He smiled after the kiss, hands slipping down Dean's chest as his eyes trailed up to meet his. "Mmm... Nice to do this without wondering if someone will walk along and catch us, huh?"

"Definitely." He smiled at the feel of Sam's hands moving over his chest. "I could think of other things we can do that we won't get caught at out here." He pulled Sam's hips against his, hands still in his brother's pockets.

"Figured you would... pervert." The words were amused sounding though, letting Dean tug him in and sighing out at the contact between them.

"And exactly where did you want to do this? Seem to remember there being plans for someone to get taken up against a tree... if I remember right."
