Okay, so the way Dean kept bringing him so close and then back down had him inching back towards desperate. He bit his lip, whimpering softly as he squirmed, bringing a hand up to cover his face. "Fuck... Dean, come on."

He decided to take pity on his brother and stop teasing. When he started working at Sam in earnest this time, he didn't ease off. When he felt his brother start to get close, he drew back a little to give himself some breathing room, then tugged at Sam's hips to encourage him to thrust.

Sam let out a groan followed by a gasp when his hips were tugged on like that. He rolled his hips up like the other was encouraging him to, biting at his lower lip as he thrust up. "Dean-- gonna..." It didn't take long at all for him to get close again, to finally come after all that teasing and slow build up. He gasped the other's name, rocking his hips up carefully, steadily as he rode out the pleasure.
