He rolled his eyes, though fondly, as he got up and gave Dean a tug to follow once he got the bill covered. "Come on... wanna get you back home, Dean... we can start to celebrate for real."

Though he wasn't too big on drinking anymore tonight. Kind of wanted to be sober for the night's festivities. He leaned in to speak against the other's ear, "Got a night planned for you, man. Hope you're ready."

Dean kissed him back soft and easy. Nuzzled against him lightly, rubbing his cheek against Sam's. "Feel really good. So turned on, right now."

"Mm..." He smiled, pulling Dean back against him, nuzzling into him. "Got some plans for that, Dean..."

Dean wrapped his arms around Sam and curled in close, soaking up the affection while they had the moment. He returned the nuzzling, kissing and nibbling at Sam's neck. "Gonna tell me what you're going to do to me, little brother?"

He nuzzled into the other, humming pleasantly at the kissing and nibbling as he let his hands rub the other's hips for a few moments. Eventually though, one slipped between Dean's legs and since he was already slick and worked open, he pressed two of his fingers into him and curled immediately to look for that spot.

"A lot I want to do." He smiled as he looked up at him. "Right now, you're just getting my fingers though... if you ask nice, I might give you my mouth when I decide you've had enough."

He moaned deeply when Sam started fingering him and his legs spread wider to give him room to move. When he started rubbing that spot inside him, his hips rocked with the motion and he whimpered helplessly, hands itching to stroke himself even though he knew he wasn't allowed.

"Please, Sammy... please." He groaned, trying to stay focused enough to find the words to ask as nicely as he possibly could. "Please, put your mouth on me. When you think I deserve it..."

He added a third finger soon enough to the other, watching him through half-lidded eyes. He kept watching his brother through the motions for a bit longer, aiming to hit that spot inside him every stroke in, with every twist of his fingers.

But eventually he did shift over Dean's body, kissing and lapping down his body, his free hand curling around his brother's cock to give a few languid strokes before he reached it with his mouth. He figured Dean had had enough teasing so he took him in as deep as he could, working him over in earnest.

Once again, Dean was clinging to the foot board to keep from grabbing at Sam. Not his place to demand tonight. He could beg, though, and he did. In between whimpers, he pleaded for release. Mostly because he knew Sam liked to hear it and because it gave him an outlet for his desperation, not because he expected it to work. Sam would let him come when he was good and ready.

He cried out when Sam stroked him and gasped, moaning deep in his chest when Sam's mouth was finally, finally on him. God, it was good. He whimpered and squirmed, knowing he wasn't going to last.

He took Dean in deeply, worked him over eagerly as his brother whimpered under him squirmed like that. God, yes, he looked so good, sounded so hot whimpering and pleading for him. He pulled back just enough to be able to growl, "Come for me, Dean. Want you to come for me."

He was taking him back in then, moaning shamelessly around him, curling his fingers inside him against that spot, hitting it with every thrust into him.

That growl. Dean's eyes rolled back in his head and he just about screamed Sam's name when he came. His hips rocked slightly, unable to stay still and it felt like he came forever, the release that had been building just went on and on. The combination of Sam's fingers inside him and Sam's mouth on him was nearly overwhelming. He couldn't have stayed still or silent now if he tried.

When it finally ended, he slumped back against the bed, panting harshly and struggling to slow his pulse. His eyes were closed as he laid there, boneless.

Sam swallowed what Dean had to offer, shivering at the sound of his name off those lips. Yeah, this was going to be another night when their neighbors probably hated them for being way too noisy, but Sam didn't care. Not when he was still reeling from the fact that it was because of him that Dean was this worked up.

When Dean finally slumped on the bed, Sam eased off him and sat back on his heels, smiled at him. "Fuck, Dean... that was great."

A slow, sated smile curved his lips and he fought to get his eyes open to look up at Sam. His little brother looked kind of proud of himself. Not that Dean could blame him. He had good reason to.

"Definitely was from where I was laying." He chuckled breathlessly and finally let go of the foot board, flexing his hands to get circulation back. Sam definitely knew how to push his limits. It was one of the many things Dean loved about him.

He shifted to lay back against Dean, nuzzling into him. "Your gift doesn't end here, you know," he murmured, scooting in close, curling an arm around his brother's waist.

"But I think it's gonna have to wait until tomorrow to actually be used." Because he was kind of exhausted right now.

Dean wrapped his arms around Sam and held on tight as he relaxed. Couldn't really argue with the need for rest after all that, but he still had to plead a little. "Do I at least get to know what it is?"

He gave a thoughtful noise, like he was really debating his answer before he looked up. "Well, you remember that other fantasy you told me about, right?" The paddle and all that stuff. His expression was a little more sheepish. "... Yeah."

His smile got wider and he hugged Sam tighter, kissing away his sheepish look. "No kidding? I'm impressed, Sammy. You did a hell of a lot of shopping today."

He gave a short, quiet laugh at that, returning the kiss lightly. Good that thing Dean didn't laugh at him or something. "... So, good birthday present?"

Dean was tempted to laugh just because he loved the idea so much, but he didn't think Sam would see it that way. The last thing he wanted to do was make his brother think he was making fun of him. "Very good. One of my favorites ever."

He kissed Sam again, soft and slow. "Thank you."

He smiled into that kiss, glad that Dean had actually liked the idea. "Love you,' he murmured softly, lifting his hand to brush over the side of his face after, nuzzling into him. "Mm, got you some pie in the kitchen too."

Because Dean was the only person in the world who hated birthday cake. but no way was he moving to go get Dean a slice just yet. He really should consider getting them a rag or something to clean up with though...

Dean did laugh at that, holding Sam tighter and nuzzling into him. "All this and pie? Dude, I dunno how I'll top this when your birthday comes around."

He gave a laugh of his own. "Mm, I'll think of something, dude. Maybe another camping trip..."

The last one? had been great after all. Minus cold dips in the lake. those had sucked. He looked up, grinning. "Love you, Dean."

"Mmmm... maybe. The last one was awesome." Next time they'd have to camp near a hot spring or something, though. Fuck, it had been miserably cold.

He looked back down and smiled at Sam, bending to kiss him lightly. "Love you, too, Sammy."

"Or maybe a hotel somewhere... sure our neighbors would appreciate that." Quiet as Sam tried to be during this, he figured Dean had come up with tricks specifically to get him to get loud. The jerk.

He smiled into that kiss and, reluctantly started to pull away. "Should get washed up, man."

"Might not be a bad idea. I like it when I have you all to myself, away from people." Louder was always better. The more Sam moaned and cursed, the better Dean liked it.

He groaned when Sam started to move away. Getting up.... so much work. "Quick shower? Very quick?"

"Mm, I know. You're kinda possessive like that, dude." Not that he minded all that much when it got him thoroughly fucked brainless like this. He gave a nod. "Really quick. And we keep our hands to ourselves... deal?"

He got to his feet then, going to the bathroom to start the water.

Much as he hated to take a shower with no touching, Dean had to admit that they could both use some rest. He nodded as he got to his feet and followed Sam into the bathroom to get cleaned up. At least he'd get to touch after they got out!
