de-aged [For [insanejournal.com profile] samefivealbums]

When Sam woke, it was in a bed that wasn't his own and without his dad or brother in sight... needless to say, there was a lot of freaking out. He fumbled out of bed and went looking through the apartment he was in... only to find a dog and not much else. Nothing that would tell him where he was anyway or where Dad or Dean was, when they'd be back.

He even got desperate enough to grab the phone and try their numbers... only to find them no longer in use which was just... even weirder. Now he was even more worried.

Dean loved messing with Sam. He made it so easy! "Naah. Any girl I date would be very understanding about things like that. I'd just tell her you had rabies or something..."

"It's all part of my charm, Sammy." He reached over and tugged Sam back over, wrapping his arm around his shoulders. "Anything else you wanna do tonight? Lemmie know if you get hungry. I can put something together."

"Eh, we're pretty boring. We hang out, watch movies. You read." He shrugged. What they usually did to spend their free time was not something he wanted to tell his pre-teen brother about. "We could pick up one of the night, walking tours at one of the squares? They point out all the historic, supposedly haunted spots in the city. One dude dresses up like a pirate."

"Well, not a very good pirate, but yeah." Dean had seen the guy giving his tour a few times when he'd been walking home late from work, but he'd never taken the tour. It could be fun. Or it would be fun to make fun of. Either way.

Not that he wouldn't have found a way to entertain himself if Sam wanted to just read. It was nice to spend time with the kid, though.
