When Sam woke, it was in a bed that wasn't his own and without his dad or brother in sight... needless to say, there was a lot of freaking out. He fumbled out of bed and went looking through the apartment he was in... only to find a dog and not much else. Nothing that would tell him where he was anyway or where Dad or Dean was, when they'd be back.

He even got desperate enough to grab the phone and try their numbers... only to find them no longer in use which was just... even weirder. Now he was even more worried.

Sam kept his hand moving over the other, rolling his hips against his a little more erratically as he felt his own release build up. He came with a gasp against Dean's shoulder, body tensing up as he rode it out. "God, Dean..."

He panted against the other, relaxing against his brother as he started to come down.

"Mmmm..." Dean nuzzled the side of Sam's face and sighed contentedly. He felt so much better. Like the weight of worry over the last few days had all melted away. Sam's warmth and his weight pressing down on him just made everything better. "Missed this. Missed you. Love you."

"Mm, love you too..." It took a bit for Sam to convince himself up and off of Dean, laying to his side and drawing his brother up against him. Always rested better like this, with Dean close. They'd need to wash up, but... Sam was too comfortable to move just yet.

He was happy to be drawn in and to tangle up close with his brother. After three nights of sleeping alone, this was definitely a step up. He burrowed in against Sam and let himself enjoy being close again.

"Getting tired now, Dean?" He asked after a few moments, comfortable with Dean curled up against him, burrowed in like that. He idly traced his fingertips over Dean's skin. Definitely a better end to the day than the start of it.
