[As soon as they'd both got in the car, Sam was making his way towards the nearest clothing store he could think of. They needed to get Dean some seriously more appropriate clothes here soon. Though the thought of panty or bra shopping with Dean? A little bit awkward.]

[He was strangely more interested about the possible month with his brother than he thought he would've been before... Dean had come up. It was good to have his brother back in some way than when he'd first left for college. Still not something he wanted to think about and he didn't want to dwell on that bad blood, especially right now.]

So... how's it feel anyway? Waking up in a different body?

[He settled back against her when she pulled him in, leaning in to press a kiss to her cheek affectionately.] You could say that, yeah... didn't mind the texts either, you know. Even better when I know you're right at the house and not God knows where when you send them... means it's easier to do something about it, you know?

Yeah, I know. It was nice to know I was going to get my hands on you in a couple hours instead of a couple days. [She squeezed him and nuzzled into his hair, sighing happily at having him close.] Definitely a nice change.

Definitely. [He agreed, resting his head against her, eyes drifting shut as he just enjoyed being close for a few moments.] Mm, don't even want to move an inch now, you know.

Me neither. That's why I brought a pillow. [She chuckled and let her hands wander over Sam's back.] We don't really have to for a while, though. Clubs won't be open for another few hours.

You seriously planned in advance, huh? [He shifted a little though, not wanting his full weight rested on her. The couch was narrow though and no matter what, he'd have to keep her at least pressed up against his chest to keep her steady enough... not that he was complaining at all at having her close.] Mmhmm. Think we got enough time to nap, don't you?

I always plan for a good time. [She laughed and cuddled in when he pulled her against his chest. Dean didn't want to admit how much she enjoyed being held like that. She'd take advantage every time it happened, though.] We don't have to nap, though. We could always get dinner before the club, if you wanna go out now.

[He brought up a hand to brush through her hair, shrugging.] I'm comfortable right here... but if you're hungry we can go out. [But God, he needed a few minutes to rest up after all that.]

I'm not in any hurry. [She smiled and leaned into his hand.] Think I could just lay here a while. [She leaned in and nuzzled his neck, kissing the pulse point softly where she'd left a mark the night before.] Glad you're home.

Yeah, me too... [He tilted his head back at the kiss, eyes drifting shut. He let out an amused noise.] Mmm, not like I was gone all day, you know? Just a few hours.

You telling me you didn't miss me? [Her voice against his skin was mock pouting. She knew he had or he wouldn't have pounced on her right from the door like that if he hadn't.]

[That got him to look back down, shifting until his forehead was to hers. Hey, so long as Dean wasn't protesting the affection, then he wasn't going to hesitate to stick close. He nuzzled into her, brushing a kiss to her lips.] Yeah, okay, guess maybe I kind of did... [Like it wasn't obvious.]

Maybe, kinda. [She laughed against his lips and kissed him again. Dean wasn't going to protest the affection. She'd soak up all she could get.] You're so romantic, Sammy.

Here I thought romance'd be too chick flicky for you, dude. [He teased against her lips, his hand rubbing down her side, holding her a little closer. Couldn't resist giving her lower lip a light, playful nip.]

[She blushed and found something fascinating on his chest to look at.] Well, I am a chick, so...

You are. [Sam agreed, watching in amusement as Dean look down and studied his chest pretty damn close. Dean was seriously wanting the sentimental stuff? Either that or she was setting him up for a hell of a lot of teasing later. He debated a moment or so before leaning in to press his lips against her ear, one hand coming up to stroke her hair back away from her face as he spoke.] Know what else? I am also really happy you're here with me, Dean... and I'm so glad you came up here to visit me that night and that we got drunk enough to actually... do what we did. [He moved, down, nuzzling into her shoulder, pressing a kiss where it met her neck.]

I know you probably don't believe me, Dean, but dude, I missed you so much when I came up here and yeah, I was pissed about what happened the night I told Dad about Stanford, but... mostly it was just weird as hell not having you with me. [He shrugged.] You were like, one of the only good things about my life growing up.

And... [He drew away, maybe blushing a bit himself now, not quite meeting her eyes.] if you tease me about any of this later, dude, I am totally kicking your ass when you're back to normal.

[Dean wasn't quite sure how to react to the sudden wave of affection from Sam. She wanted it, absolutely. Maybe even craved it a little, but never expected him to actually go for it. She shivered at his words and pressed herself in closer to him.]

[Hearing that he'd missed her after he left made her eyes sting and rather than giving in to that particular urge, she waited until he finished speaking and then captured his face gently in her hands. She kissed him long, soft, and deep. She wasn't sure what to say in words, but hopefully he'd get the message.]

[He hadn't been looking at her directly because--God, this was awkward enough. Not that Sam had anything against talking or hell, even showing his big brother he cared now that things were... getting better since he first left for college, but... definitely didn't know how Dean was going to react.]

[The way she did though... was way better than he could have expected. He gave a soft noise into the kiss, returning it, pretty much melting into the show of affection. Not like- he expected Dean to use her words or to hear all the same stuff back... but yeah, he definitely got the message. He smiled lightly when the kiss ended, nudging his forehead into hers.] Love you, Dean...

Love you, too. [She leaned her forehead against his and sighed, smiling contentedly. This was just about better than sex. Which was just weird for her.] I'm glad I came, too. I almost didn't. I thought you wouldn't want to see me. I'm glad you let me in the door. Missed you. You're important to me. Always have been. I dunno how to be me without you. [Okay, so her words didn't sound as polished and nice as Sam's, but she meant them.]

[He smiled at those words, reaching up to rest a hand on her cheek lightly, thumb brushing the skin softly.] I'm here, Dean... always will be, dude. Promise. Just glad to have my big brother back. [Even if she was... kind of his big sister right now.]

[She was blushing still, but much more relaxed. Sam wasn't laughing at her. That was more than she expected.] You're got me, Sammy. All yours. Much as you want. [She turned her head to kiss the palm of his hand, then tucked her head in against his shoulder, getting cozy.] I'm totally gonna be a big, giant girl from now on, so get used to it.

[He gave a soft, affectionate laugh.] I might be able to get used to it...

[He settled both arms around her, pulling her a little closer.] Never thought- you know, I'd be... we'd be in this kind of relationship, man. I mean, I guess no one- plans on this kinda thing anyway.

No, I guess they don't. [She shrugged, settling into his embrace and rubbing her cheek against his skin lightly.] I'm happy, though. Are you? Even if it's not, y'know, that close to normal like you wanted?

[he was quiet, just thinking over his answer.] It's not normal... but we weren't- raised exactly normal, Dean. Dad raised us like warriors, man... and all we really had were each other, right? [Not like they stayed one place long enough to make any real connections, not many of them. That didn't make this- normal or right, he was pretty sure, it didn't feel nearly as wrong as it should. Probably just another testament to how weird they were and another reason why Sam never felt like he could quite fit in no matter how he tried.]

I'm happy, Dean. [Maybe his life wasn't normal, but it was pretty safe and... he liked it. Liked getting away from hunting, away from Dad. Be lying if he said he thought it could last though. Dad wasn't stupid and Sam knew he'd figure something out eventually... no telling what crap would go down whenever he did.]

[Dean fully planned to shield Sam from any Dad fall-out. She just hoped it held off until after she got her normal body back. Even then, she probably couldn't take him, but she had a better chance of surviving it.]

Good. I want you to be happy. [She kissed his neck softly.]

[He let out a sigh.] Nothing to be unhappy about right now, Dean. I'm in school, studying something I enjoy, and I got you around again...

[His expression was a little more teasing when he looked up at her.] I also get to show off a cute girlfriend for a month...
