So, Sam checked around, asked a few friends, and finally found a nice little secluded spot for him and Dean to take that little camping trip they'd planned forever ago. All that had been left was getting supplies together, making plans, and then waiting for the time off to go. But it had all happened and it had all gone smoothly, thankfully. "We should try and get washed up, huh?"

"Yeah, guess we should." He shifted to separate from Sam, sighing at the loss. He stretched and let his feet hit the bottom again, smiling up at his brother. "Glad to hear it." He kissed his brother back, enjoying the depth of affection. When the kiss ended, he gently removed his hand from Sam's cock. "You about ready to get dry and head back to the camp? I think it's about time for lunch."

Dean followed him out, also indulging in a good stretch. He shivered as the air hit his damp skin. He reached for the clothes he'd discarded and started pulling them on, heedless of how wet his skin was. He could change when he got back to the camp.

Sam was slipping into his clothes too because, yeah, it was cold now. They had fresh clothes back at camp. He reached over to give Dean a playful nudge. "Come on, let's go... you get to handle lunch."

"Fair enough." He smiled and took his hand, boots tied together and hung over his shoulder. He led the way back to the camp. Anticipating a long setup and not feeling much like cooking, he had sandwiches made and waiting in the cooler.

He squeezed Dean's hand when it tangled with his, following him quietly back to camp, just... content. This trip? Not turning out so bad... actually, it was really good.

"So, what are we doing after lunch?"

"Anything you want. Been a while since we've been camping. I'm a little rusty at it." He leaned over and kissed his cheek as they walked. The trip wasn't far back to camp, but they took their time and enjoyed the walk. It was too nice a day not to.

"Mm, been awhile for me too, man." He shrugged. "Maybe eat, rest up for a bit... figure something out then? Got plenty of time to do anything we come up with."

He leaned into Dean a little as they neared camp, giving his hand another light squeeze.

"I think that sounds like a good plan. We can test out the chairs." He grinned and squeezed Sam's hand. "In the slightly less fun sort of way."

Once they reached the camp, he got busy setting up the chairs and then pulling their lunch out of the cooler.

That almost got a stunned look out of Sam before he clarified... and then it earned a laugh. "Yeah, definitely." He had to take his hand back when they reached the camp so Dean could set up the chairs and get their lunch out of the cooler. When everything was set up, he settled into one of the chairs and slouched comfortably, head tilting back.

"Kinda nice to just be doing this for fun for a change, huh?"

"I think so. I forgot how much I like being out away from people. I like individuals. Not crazy about crowds." He settled back in his chair and worked his way through a couple of sandwiches and a lunch sized bag of chips. He'd do something more elaborate for dinner. For now, this seemed just right.

He smiled a little at that, working his way through his own sandwiches, just comfortable being lazy. "Speaking of crowds..." He looked over. "How do you like the bartending gig anyway?"

"I like it. It's a pain learning all the drinks I don't give a shit about." Apple-tinis? Who drinks that crap? "But, I don't mind the people. The other staff's pretty cool. I haven't had to throw anybody out yet."

He snorted at that. "If only you found a bar that just serves rot gut whiskey and beer, right?"

He was glad though, to hear Dean was settling in well though, that he was enjoying it even. "You talk to Bobby any more since you left?"
