He rolled his eyes, though fondly, as he got up and gave Dean a tug to follow once he got the bill covered. "Come on... wanna get you back home, Dean... we can start to celebrate for real."

Though he wasn't too big on drinking anymore tonight. Kind of wanted to be sober for the night's festivities. He leaned in to speak against the other's ear, "Got a night planned for you, man. Hope you're ready."

Dean rolled his eyes, still grinning. Their puppy was never going to be fat! That was just silly!

"Yeah, I think so, too. I mean, I always knew you wanted a dog, but it never occurred to me how much I did until we got one."

He smiled at that. Dean had never really mentioned pets before that he could remember. "Well, you're pretty good with him, you know."

It was pretty amusing watching Dean and Ozzy together... pretty sure Ozzy knew just the looks to give him to get just what he wanted by now.

Ozzy was a master manipulator. Dean was putty in his hands. Of course, so was Sam, so it was only fair.

Dean smiled over at Sam. "I think he likes you better, though. It's your lap he's always in."

He was. It was like his special skill or something. He shrugged at that. "Think he likes us both, dude. Besides, you'll take him out and play with him whenever he wants."

"True. I'm his favorite playmate." Ozzy almost had Dean taught to fetch! He chuckled and shook his head, turning back to his breakfast. "Can't believe I'm a year older. Getting old, dude. Twenty-seven." He grinned.

"You are almost ready for a home, huh?" He teased, leaning against the table lightly. "Surprised you can still keep up with me, old man."

Dean gave him an amused look. "Dude, I told you. I fully intend to be a dirty old man in my geriatric age. I'm gonna be grabbing ass until my arthritic old hands won't grab no more."

"I don't know, Grandpa. I probably shouldn't let you get so excited... can't be good on your heart." He flashed a smirk of his own, nudging him under the table playfully.

That earned him another laugh and Dean leaned forward to rest his elbows on the table. He nudged Sam back under the table and gave his brother a leer. "Come sit in my lap, little boy. I've got some candy for you."

That got a laugh out him and Sam shook his head. "You're kind of good at that perverted old man thing, Dean. When you're grey and wrinkled, you'll be a pro." He shrugged. "But no way am I going anywhere near your lap while you're like that."

"Awww," he reached over and trailed a fingertip gently down the back of Sam's hand. "Gonna leave me when I'm old and wrinkled, huh? Trade me in for a younger model?"

He rolled his eyes at that and turned his hand over to take Dean's in it lightly. "Doubt it, but your perverted old man routine isn't going to get my attention. You'll have to come up with something else."

"Liar," Dean shot back as he squeezed his hand lightly. "You always pay attention to my perverted ideas." His voice lowered to avoid being overheard. "That's how spankings happen..."

Sam ducked his head at that, if only to hide the way his lips were curling into an amused smile. He couldn't exactly argue there, could he? "You still have your turn to go too, you know."

"I'm looking forward to it," he assured Sam. He really was. It was new and he loved figuring out new things to talk Sam into in the bedroom. Not that he'd taken a lot of talking into, this time.

He smiled at that, eyes darting down to their hands. Never thought they'd really be doing the couple thing... at least not out in public. He squeezed the other's hand lightly before loosening his hold in case Dean wanted to draw it back. "Yeah... But to be fair, I can't think of one time when I haven't looked forward to it."

"Flattery will get you everywhere with me." He grinned and took his hand back in order to toss another piece of bacon to Ozzy who had been very patiently waiting (and staring at him) during their moment of couples affection. "You want to go in and look around? See if there's anything you want to take back for later? I can sit out here with the mutt this time."

"Dork."He snorted but after finishing off his coffee, he nodded. "Yeah, alright. I'll be back in a second."

He got to his feet then and headed inside. After grabbing some sandwiches for lunch and some pastries that looked good for later,he stepped back out. "You ready?"

Dean waited patiently and fed the last of the breakfast scraps to Ozzy while Sam was inside. Sam knew what Dean liked just as well as Dean knew how to order for him, so he wasn't worried about what his little brother would pick up for him.

When Sam emerged, Dean picked up Ozzy's leash and stood. "Yep. Let's roll."

He moved back to Dean's side and started back for the apartment. "So, what do you want to do when we get back anyway?"

"Dunno. Any suggestions?" It didn't matter to him what they did. Everything about the weekend had been good so far. Whatever they did would be perfect. Just wanted to spend the time with Sam.

"Guess we can veg out for awhile. Uh, watch TV?" Sam was pretty comfortable with whatever, but just kicking back with Dean for awhile sounded nice...

"Sounds good." Dean slipped his free arm around Sam and smiled. "I'll even let you decide what we watch first. Even though you have crappy taste in TV," he teased.

He made a face at that, nudging Dean in the side. "You have crappy taste. Mine is great." And he was standing by that!

"Sure it is." Dean's tone indicated he didn't think so. In actuality, Sam's taste wasn't really all that bad, but Dean couldn't resist teasing him about it. "You pick something boring and I'm gonna spend the whole time muttering filthy things in your ear."
