When Sam woke, it was in a bed that wasn't his own and without his dad or brother in sight... needless to say, there was a lot of freaking out. He fumbled out of bed and went looking through the apartment he was in... only to find a dog and not much else. Nothing that would tell him where he was anyway or where Dad or Dean was, when they'd be back.

He even got desperate enough to grab the phone and try their numbers... only to find them no longer in use which was just... even weirder. Now he was even more worried.

Sam sunk in slowly, pausing to give them both time to adjust when he was buried to the hilt. He nuzzled at the other still, kissed down his neck when he started to rock his hips slowly, steadily.

Oooh, that was good. Just what he needed. Dean wrapped his legs around Sam's waist and groaned softly when his brother started to move. His head tipped to the side to give Sam better access to his neck. Every kiss made him shiver a little more.

Sam looked up hazily at Dean when his legs came around his waist, watching the way Dean was so obviously enjoying this, wanting it. It was easing some of this lingering insecurities, those worries for him too. He leaned in to let his lips meet the other pair again in a lingering kiss.

Dean melted into that kiss, his arms and legs holding a little tighter to Sam to keep him close. Everything felt so much better when Sam was kissing him. Not to mention when Sam was fucking him. Yeah, he was so messed up. It didn't matter, though. He needed this. Needed Sam. He was only happy when Sam was with him.

He couldn't do without this, not now. Maybe it wasn't smart of either of them to indulge in this, to let it grow to this level... but Sam didn't care right now. He wanted Dean, loved this, what they had between them. He moaned against his lips, picking up the pace a little as he eased a hand between them, curled around his brother. "God, Dean... feel so good. Never get tired of you."

"Better not," Dean panted. "Not letting you go." Sam was stuck with him now. They'd been through too much to give it up now. He might have doubts occasionally, but when it came down to it, there wasn't enough doubt in the world to make him want to walk away from this. "Love you. You're everything to me."

Sam shivered at those words and leaned in to press his lips to his deeply. "Love you," he murmured. "Don't want you to go."

Things had changed so drastically from the time when Sam could've walked away, when he could've loaded himself up and gone anywhere like when he'd went all the way to Stanford. But things had changed in general... Dean was with him, wasn't siding with Dad or trying to drag him back into a life he'd been miserable in.

Felt like Dean had his back on everything now and... he liked to think he had Dean's too, would go along with Dean and whatever he wanted to do. Part of him was worried still, shaken and unable to stop thinking this would shatter somehow, that they'd be tossed back in something neither of them wanted... it had happened, with the demon and the curses and people finding out what they really were. Nothing was making him walk away from this though, not when it was important to both of them.

There wasn't anything Dean wouldn't do for Sam. Hell, he'd always felt that way, but now it was even more solid. Anything his brother needed from him, he'd give. It wasn't just fear of losing him that motivated him anymore, not like it used to. Now, he just really wanted Sam to be happy. When Sam was happy, Dean was too.

Dean shuddered, rocking his hips to press up into Sam's hand and back down into each thrust. He was getting close now. It was always so good with Sam. "Sammy..."

He groaned deeply, nipping at the other's lip, moving down his jaw and neck. He could feel that pleasure building up, knew he was getting so close too. "Love you," he murmured again, followed by whatever praise that left his lips, encouragement as he pumped his fist faster over Dean, nipping here and there along his neck.

Dean couldn't have held back even if he'd wanted to. He came with a groan of Sam's name, twisting and arching up against his brother's body. It might not have been the most intense orgasm ever, but the relief that came with it was incredible. Dean nuzzled at Sam's shoulder as he rode out the waves.

Sam kept his hand moving over the other, rolling his hips against his a little more erratically as he felt his own release build up. He came with a gasp against Dean's shoulder, body tensing up as he rode it out. "God, Dean..."

He panted against the other, relaxing against his brother as he started to come down.

"Mmmm..." Dean nuzzled the side of Sam's face and sighed contentedly. He felt so much better. Like the weight of worry over the last few days had all melted away. Sam's warmth and his weight pressing down on him just made everything better. "Missed this. Missed you. Love you."

"Mm, love you too..." It took a bit for Sam to convince himself up and off of Dean, laying to his side and drawing his brother up against him. Always rested better like this, with Dean close. They'd need to wash up, but... Sam was too comfortable to move just yet.

He was happy to be drawn in and to tangle up close with his brother. After three nights of sleeping alone, this was definitely a step up. He burrowed in against Sam and let himself enjoy being close again.

"Getting tired now, Dean?" He asked after a few moments, comfortable with Dean curled up against him, burrowed in like that. He idly traced his fingertips over Dean's skin. Definitely a better end to the day than the start of it.
