[When Sam finally started to stir, he really wished he hadn't. He really had the mother of all hangovers here - his head was throbbing and god, everything felt horrible. His memory of last night was pretty hazy too, to boot. He did realize pretty quick off the bat that he'd been sleeping on Dean, tangled up in him.] Dean?
[Much as his body felt sluggish and heavy still, the minute he realized they were naked, he gave a jolt away from Dean, memories hazily filtering back in. Bits and pieces at least and he wasn't sure if his stomach did a flip because of some of the stuff he recalled or because of the hangover.] Dean! You... you need to wake up.

[His voice dropped lower so he wouldn't be overheard.] I'm nowhere near normal and you and me together? Lightyears from normal. I want it, but be sure you do too, okay?

[Wished he knew what was best to do here. He wanted it, sure, but... he really shouldn't. It wasn't normal in any sense of the word.]

[He looked back up, a smile fixed in place.] We should skip the pie here and have dessert at the arcade. I think I remember sundaes and banana splits on their menu.

Yeah, okay, that sounds good. [He gave a slow nod, looking up at Dean finally.] You ready to head out then?

[He settled in the driver's seat and just carefully focused on driving for a few moments.] ... So. Uh. [He paused, awkwardly.] You seriously weren't tempted to take that number?

[He shrugged. The way he saw it, this weekend was going to end one of two ways. Either Sam would want to continue with this... whatever they were doing, in which case he wouldn't need that number. Or, Sam would call it off. In which case Dean wasn't planning to stick around for a consolation lay with a random waitress.]

You think we could really - make whatever this is work?

[He rubbed his face.] I'm already nursing a minor inferiority complex when it comes to your giant brain and shiny future, you know? Just a little less disdain at mine, okay? Please?

[He reached over with one hand, resting it on Dean's knee to give a light, affectionate squeeze.] It's going to be tough with you gone so much, man... And you'd have to be way more careful than me. Doubt dad would take this too well.

But there's not. I just... like it. I shouldn't. I'm pretty sure most people would be grossed out or disgusted, maybe not even want to be in the same room as their brother if - that happened. I don't feel like that though, Dean. It's a little scary how natural it feels, actually.

[He let his hand drop from Sam's shoulder and turned a little to face him.] You know I won't stop visiting if you call this off, right? I'll still come around if you want me to. Just would keep myself on the couch from now on, if that was what you wanted. I meant it when I said we'd still be brothers, no matter what. I'll always have your back, Sam.

[He paused, shrugging.] I don't know how long we can keep this up, but... I do know I don't want to... stop it. Not right now.
